Given that rain is expected for this Sunday, today I decided to join for Hermes and Massimo for a quiet ride. A pleasant stroll to Capriano , where I was from August, thanks to the complicity of so autumn sun and the vegetation had that look good from "classic dead leaves :-)
Quiet pace trying to keep on pedaling rpm 90/100 (Tiziano teaches :-)), beer inevitable stop on the hill and back via Bagnolo Leno and just in time to avoid the dark.
A truly invigorating workout, now fingers crossed for Sunday ... has provided yet another challenge to the weather!
