After a late 2010 and early 2011 to forget accompanied by a very strong influence on the day has finally arrived when I started to spin the legs! Nothing fancy, scarce an hour on the rollers along the path of the Milan-Sanremo, Alassio, Finale Ligure along to the rhythm / slow trying to keep a higher cadence at 90 rpm.
Tomorrow hopefully will tread the road with my Kharmetta, we only hope that the weather is clement!
Meanwhile, I and my comrades BDC Forum sparks do in the virtual world of Pro Cycling Manager 2010: the image above you can see the big group that pulled the team over the pass of the forum ... Vegan and Niko should be noted in the belly of the group who are struggling to sustain the pace set by Beppe and Massimo :-)
