At last, my faithful Kharma has returned to tread the tarmac! this morning, despite the fog and cold, I went out with the legendary Beppe and Claudio, a new friend of BDC Forum, which despite being in MTB has made us understand who the boss is already done :-)
quiet ride in that of Capri, a huge effort to keep up with boys and after only 40 km energies were already to run out ...
I would say that this year we will have to suffer a lot to get fit!
