tonight I finally realized one of my wishes Cycling: turn to the velodrome! The evening is ideal, the Montichiari velodrome on Wednesday evening is reserved for the Lele and his associates, who have been previously warned of the presence of three newcomers to the track :-)
Besides me, other adventurers are good old Hermes (who heroically risked a few weeks before the wedding) and Mark, one of the growing number of friends forum, there is also support Ilaria, who kindly came to see and snap a few photos ... but sooner or later I know I will try to turn too! :-)
rent a bike and we change ourselves, a couple of laps in the heated area to become familiar with the fixed gear and go ... Good
Pier us from hen and gives some advice base, then the "personal trainer" of Lele ( Patrizia Spadaccini, not any anonymous fame!), We note and takes us under his care for a few laps .. . Entry zone, red line, black line and off!
The first few laps were a bit 'timid, see the slope of the road gives me some doubts about how am I going to ride so inclined, but it is just the beginning ... gradually become familiar, I stop to fix the saddle a bit 'low and then I would not stop me!
really beautiful, take a moment and speed you will always want to push: as said Pier, the first few times it seems to be the "Autin" bicycle
:-) The evening flies away in a moment, and I'm going home happy and with the conviction that we'll be back soon .
